Perfect start to explore a bustling city

The receptionists were exceptional, especially Santiago, who made our check-out day laid-back. The hotel is in a good location as bus stops are right in front of it to head into the city center. Cute restaurants frequented by locals are close by. The amenities of our room met our expectations.

The only down side of our stay was, that our room was on the side if the street. As it‘s a busy city, traffic never sleeps.

Good hotel

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Our room was spacious.

No airconditioning in the rooms. Although they did bring a ventilator. We didn't want to open the small window because the hotel is located at a busy intersection.

Reliable, clean, modern hotel with good facilities but can be noisy!

Reliable, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Modern facilities. Great breakfast.

Noise, it's right beside Calle 26 (one of the busiest thoroughfares in the city). Ask for an interior room.

My girlfriend stayed there for a conference and she like it

My reservation was supposed to be for £303, but they charged me £378, I still don’t know why. Waiting to see if I get a refund for any incidental guarantee or what.

A hotel more concerned about its corporate policies than a personalized experience for its guests

Thanks to my Genius membership we got a free upgrade to a junio suite. Which made our stay feel like great value, for the price we paid. We enjoyed a large, comfortable room! We flew in for a concert at the Nemesio Camacho stadium and this hotel was conveniently located in between there and the airport. Internet and hot water worked great. Room temperature was comfortable. Some shops and cafes located nearby. Easy to get taxis outfront.

I find it very strange when hotels won't let you check in 15 minutes early. We arrived at 2:45pm and they made us wait until the stated check-in time of 3pm before giving us our room. As if they left it until the very last minute to prepare it for us. Obviously not! To management: please learn something about hospitality. Staff in general can improve as far as making guests feel welcomed.

It’s okay but needs improvement in little details like have a blow dryer available.

It was confortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Tv was okay and English programs.

Didn’t have a blow dryer. No glass or cup in the room. No shower cap either. Too far from interest areas. Close to the airport though.
